Luvio — Privacy Policy

Luvio ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by Tolga Ulutaş. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Pregnancy & baby data: Pregnancy week, baby birth date, weight, height, head circumference, feeding logs, sleep logs, diaper logs, symptom notes, and baby movement counts. This data is stored locally on your device using CoreData.
• Apple Sign In (optional): If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive an anonymized user ID and optionally an email address via Firebase Authentication. This is used solely to associate your data with your account for backup purposes.
• Purchase status: Whether you have purchased Luvio Pro is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not store payment information.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect advertising identifiers.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use analytics SDKs or tracking libraries.

3. Data Storage

All health and tracking data is stored locally on your device using Apple's CoreData framework. If you sign in with Apple, Firebase Authentication stores only your anonymous user ID. No health data is transmitted to our servers.

4. Children's Privacy

Luvio is designed for use by parents and expectant mothers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

5. Third-Party Services

• Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) — used only for optional Apple Sign In. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit — used for in-app purchases. See Apple Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights

You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Reset All Data. If you signed in with Apple, you can also revoke access from your Apple ID settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
