By downloading or using ANIMA 3D ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

ANIMA 3D offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock premium 3D animal models. Subscription details:

• Free trial: 7-day free trial available for new subscribers.
• Billing: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App.

4. Content

All 3D animal models, descriptions, and educational content within the App are owned by or licensed to ANIMA 3D. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to: violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse engineer the App, or interfere with App functionality.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
